Vacant Home Staging

Pacific NW Staging provides both Full and Partial Design Staging Services.  This also includes the furnishings and move-in/move-out labor. Our trained designers will select the furniture, lighting, artwork and accessories from our large warehouse of extensive inventory in order to beautifully showcase your property.

It is important to not get caught up in your own personal design tastes such as mid-century modern, etc.  The goal is to have your home appeal the "Largest" pool  of prospective buyers. It has been proven that the most effective look is an elegant/classy design and yet still has a homey feel.

Staging Consultations (typically last 1-2 hours)

Let our Staging experts advise you on how to prepare your home/listing for sale. One of our Accredited Home Stagers will come out and tour the property both inside and out. We will walk around with the seller of the property and list out items of concern.  We will then discuss which items could potentially be a "deal breaker" or be considered as Red Flag to a potential buyer.  We will discuss the main items in priority order so that it will help maximize your investment.

 

We are happy to answer any questions the Seller or Agent may have.

 

Some of the key topics covered are:

  • How-to make your property stand out from the competition

  • The importance of curb appeal and what needs to be done to get it

  • Which items typically give you the most return on your investment

  • What are some quick easy fixes that will add up to make a huge difference

  • Helpful tips/tricks along with guidance that will aid in making the process a lot less overwhelming for sellers.

  • What items/tasks should be a priority on your a Do-it-yourself / Honey-do list.

  

* Typical Consultations are 1-2 hours long and range from $250 -$400. Prices/Times can vary according to the size and needs of the property.

Occupied Home Staging

We have helped many sellers/agents completely and successfully transform their Occupied Homes & Listings. Our Occupied Staging service is in addition to the Consultation Service listed above and is completed on a separate day. After the initial consultation we will email a quote with what  décor items are needed an order to showcase the property in it's best possible form.  

 

We typically do not stage large furniture in Occupied Homes due to the overall risk of property damage. However we do offer a  décor package that includes accessories, art, lighting and typically some small furnishings. These items will significantly help the overall look and feel of the home.

 

 This crucial step is usually the last key element in order to showcase the home for optimal appeal. This ultimately helps your home stand out from the competition and significantly helps increase your chances of a quicker and more profitable sale.
